Pills..

     Okay a month ago I was started on a Medication called Sertraline (for depression) I was told there will be a 4 week period down hill cause my body is trying to absorb it in to my system.. I'm also put on Melatonin to help me sleep better. One side effect they are trying to avoid from Sertraline is a symptom called 'Black box' Its where your regular feelings worsen then usual, and suicidal thoughts might occur, will occur more frequently. I started a journal and started recording my dreams and also my moods throughout the day. :D  Wish me luck :3
